Yes! We have created bespoke packages for customers by making some changes to one of our best-selling group tour packages. This might include combining tour itineraries, extending your stay and organising extra touring arrangements, changing the itinerary or upgrading the standard of accommodation and inclusions. You might like to combine your Tailor-Made private group touring arrangements with another Inspiring Vacations tour. Just ask us.

Depending on your requirements, our average turn-around time for a Tailor-Made quote is seven days. This can take longer if we need to negotiate particular arrangements with our local partners. Once you are satisfied with your package and quote, we kindly request that your deposit be paid within 48 hours to secure these arrangements.
We cannot book your Tailor-Made tour within 60 days of departure date.
There is no limit on group size, and our minimum requirement for Tailor-Made tours is four participants. We collaborate closely with our suppliers to customise the ideal private group tour, tailored to the specific needs of your group size.

We have crafted many special interest Tailor-Made trips: history tours with specialist archaeologist guides, food and wine tours, diving tours in the Maldives, cycling adventures, rail-only journeys, Northern Lights hunting, and other special interest tours. You tell us what your ideal touring package looks like and we’ll work with you to create the perfect bucket list adventure for your group.
As a tour operator, our Tailor-Made packages are touring-based. This means we have a minimum touring component (at least 50% of the entire trip), but can organise many other aspects of your package, including flights, insurance and more.
No. Want to bring the grandkids along for a multi-generational family trip? We can accommodate all ages and customise your tour accordingly.
Tailor-Made tours are private tours, and are priced as such. Your package price will depend on several factors: group size, destination, grade of accommodation, services and inclusions, time of year (high/low season), level of guided touring and more. As a general rule, private tours in some destinations can be two to three times the cost of a Classic group tour, but in some destinations (like India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam) the price difference between private and group tours is much smaller.
Generally, the cost per day of touring can start at the following rates. Seasonal surcharges may apply:
- Japan from $1,000 per person, per day
- Africa from $450 per person, per day
- South America from $700 per person, per day
- Europe from $800 per person, per day
